Some have dabbled with its function to boost sales, but few have considered it as an HR recruiting tool, an R&D tool, and a customer service resource. Only when businesses begin to undertsand the full scope of social’s capabilities within ALL departments, will they become a social business.
Basically, we’re just begining to use social media for more than just marketing.
